Change `st_pages` to `st.navigation` #30

With streamlit version 1.3.6, st.navigation() is available. This provides a much cleaner way to dynamically update the sidebar.

Instead of having the tool selection, it would be more intuitive to display all tools in the sidebar and expand them if selected.
