tidied and merged vimeo into master (as videoid is now merged back to master)

not done TED though as i can't find a working TED addon, and there are some obvious mistakes in get_url(), get_host_and_id() and valid_url() fancy fixing it up if the addon starts working again?

Sure, but I don't have the problem with the TED plugin not working though; I just installed it through XBMC and it's always worked fine.
