Telegram Integration?? #1

Hello Tom, really nice python program, really fast, but im slow, is there a way to implement telegram integration, im looking for the way with tforwarder, but up to now, no success, Saludos desde Venezuela.

Bonjour de Paris! I also wanted to implement this feature but unfortunately I don't have enough time.

If you want to do it I would be happy to merge the pull request. You can have a look at websockets, which can be a good entrypoint to trigger the script.
