How to obtain the baseLandmarks.txt ? #2

The pitchLandmarks.txt can be obtained via a specific keypoint detection algorithm, but I don't know how to obtain the baseLandmarks.txt ? This file can be used for all testing images ?

There are various ways to detect facial landmarks, through open sourced libraries or web-based APIs, e.g., AWS, Baidu, Azure, etc.

baseLandmarks.txt was generated by CMU Intraface library developed by Fernando De la Torre Frade. But since Infraface has been commercialized. I was asked to remove all related codes and files.
