This PR adds Storybook to the project along with some small improvements/fixes.

:hammer_and_wrench: Changes

Project root's .gitignore and template's gitignore updated to include IDE's tracking files (b8b78fd)
It was added the Storybook dependencies and its base setup (4a03d9b, 07b4411);
I updated the template's package.json to add some missing scripts and to fix collectCoverageFrom jest config (66dda05);
