What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a csv file where some of the txns have quotation marks.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected behavior would be that the importer would ignore quotation marks.
Instead the quotation marks interfere with the workings of the delimiters.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi Stan,
I've included a txt file with two identical txns. except that the second
one has a quotation mark after the first delimiter.
I've included a screenshot of the results of importing the file. As you
can see the results are very different for the two txns.
I've also included the results of the Console window after completing the
import.
