Text file importer (Mac) failing correct import of one of 8 fields

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launched text file importer and defined the file to import
2. defined 8 fields, being the last two as amounts in order to consider 
"payment" and "deposit" 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected that in the 7th field ("payment") was pasted the values of the same 
field of the imported file. Received only zero values instead of the real 
thing. All the other fields were ok.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 2014.4 (967) with updated text file importer.

Mac OS Mavericks

Hi. For one, I do not work on the 'text file importer'. that is MD. If you are 
using mdcsvimporter, make sure you have the newest beta 16 from the home page 
here. Go into Help -> console and show me this:
Starting Moneydance 2012.5 (866) at Tue Aug 20 15:10:55 EDT 2013
Settings Folder: C:\Users\Kevin_2\.moneydance
OS: Windows 7 6.1 x86
Java: 1.7.0_07 (Oracle Corporation)
Is in sandbox: false; restricted file access: false
. . .
name and version =CSV Importer  Beta 16=

Then show me a screen shot of your custom reader definition (big enough to 
read).
and give an import file with your problem (cleaning out your personal info & 
numbers). I will test it. 

You can also look in your console window to see if you can figure out the 
problem, or send me your output (on your test file not real data).
