Unable to load beta 12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download mdcsvimport.mxt and open through manage extensions
2.Receive warning about digital signature missing or invalid
3.Click on yes to load anyway
4.Plugin information is displayed but no option to finish or install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Extension does not load

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Moneydance 2011 (791)
Windows 7 version 6.1 (Build: 7601 Service Pack 1) 

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems like this could be very useful and would love to try it if I can install 
it properly.

I reproduced this. I actually do not think it is my plugins problem. The 
MoneyDance dialog is simply too small so the buttons disappear below the bottom 
edge of the window.

In any case, thanks for pointing this out. I will talk to MoneyDance people and 
follow up on this. One way or another we will resolve this.
