UV Index value reported is not aligned to Entity HA Format #40

Description of problem: Entity HA got a format defined for entity uv index : 3.50 reported but uv-index-card report 3.5 and do not used format of HA

do not take care uv index moved from 3.5 to 3.6 ! I expected to have 3.60 on the card
