Dark theme for VLC?

Switching to dark theme in VLC.(there is dark skin but it does not automatically switches)!

I don't plan to add theme switching for 3rd party apps as a core feature of WDD.

If you find where VLC stores its configuration for light/dark theme, feel free to contribute a PowerShell script that toggles the setting to the WDD-scripts repo.
