T238 v1.9 mosfet #23

Does anyone know which MOSFET is used in the T238 v1.9? Where can I find the datasheet for this unit? I'm looking for a component equivalent to the "T238" (the largest on the board) and the T238p (right next to the T238, and the signal cable) Mine burned out in the first few shots. 😢

same here. with V1.7. I guess you mean the chip under the red cable.

First time works well. After fit the Motor and plugin accu its burned. No trigger pushed for a shot.
