some users abuse matrix servers with phishing links it will be very helpful to adjust the script to blacklist links and shadow ban users who publish it

I think preventing the sending can be done now with AntiSpamText / AntiSpamRegex, shadow banning does not seem to be the scope of this antispam plugin.
