install ubuntu-desktop jammy #94

As we are splitting the iso any way. It would good to generated the complete Ubuntu desktop to avoid users need to do manually after the installation. This affects jammy and mainline

A test install is required before I merge this.

Also, what apps are being installed?

And tbh, I'd prefer keeping the ISO size as small as possible, people can simply run sudo apt install ubuntu-desktop to get all the apps.

Are you sure? Most users expects a standard Ubuntu installation. Also I don't think it makes much difference in the size and it will avoid users post install support.
