Description

PackageKit will not upgrade or install packages because it can not verify GPG signatures for this repo. DNF works properly with no errors.

Logs:

$ journalctl -xeu packagekit.service
PKI file /var/cache/PackageKit/t2linux-fedora-37-x86_64/t2linux-fedora.pub is not a public key

Reproducible Steps

  1. Install the latest ISO
  2. Use Gnome Software to upgrade or install packages
  3. PackageKit will refuse to continue
