Added automated script to switch to old touchbar driver #553

This script should allow users to switch to the old touchbar driver. Debian-based distros will be prompted to use the touchbar --switch command instead. Please test this on Arch and Fedora.

Fedora support has been removed, the script will now run only on Arch-based distros. The required changes have been made.
