In OBS itself you can lock the state of volume levels, it would be cool to have obs-tablet-remote gray out/disable the ability to modify the volume level for a given slider/device if you lock the volume level in OBS.
This volume lock feature I am referring to appears to have been added to OBS in the commits from this PR as of OBS v25 https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/2409
