Minor: Content Type in terminology section with senml-data-ct #68

AK --> Unclear if "ct" field in SenML (draft-ietf-core-senml-data-ct) or senml+json etc. MK: just adding "application/senml+json" would be fine. AK: actually, seems this was more about the terminology explained in senmll-data-ct. I updated the "representations" section accordingly and checked with CB that this is sufficient to address the issue here

Unclear if this is now resolved or not.
