Pull input from OCF URIs #7

Work in this sub-group would have mutual benefits from aligning with OCF's use of URIs. First we should understand

what OCF are doing now (and what we can learn from that),
what their requirements are,
- in particular, whether resource-level granularity in mappings is an actual need, and
whether the outcome of this process is useful for OCF.

@chrysn and @bsilverajan are both in contact with Michael Koster on this.
