[Safari 10][Thin Syntax][Babel] this.PolymerElements throws an exception #30

With Safari 10 in Thin Syntax, Babel-transpiled define-element.html throws an exception on evaluating this.PolymerElements.

The unused this.PolymerElements can be removed.
