[i18n-attr-repo] iron-component-page cannot recognize the documentations #32

iron-component-page cannot recognize the documentations for i18n-attr-repo due to synchronous registration tricks for Polymer 2.x.

Works well with iron-component-page on Polymer 1.x

iron-component-page 2.0-preview is still unstable but seems to recognize the documentations
