[test] Migrate to the coming web-component-tester 6.0.0 #40

The coming web-component-tester 6.0.0 will be compatible with web-component-tester-istanbul as https://github.com/Polymer/web-component-tester/pull/445 has been merged.

The patch in https://github.com/t2ym/i18n-element/commit/ac099bc156d90c30a756cca1d7c9cfd69a2a2b8b has to be reverted on the migration.
