[test][PoC Demo] Deprecate custom webcomponents-lite.min.js #42

The custom webcomponents-lite.min.js has to be deprecated since the coming official polyfills seem to be optimized for platforms dynamically. It is still unclear how the concise deployment of polyfills and polyfill optimization with fewer HTTP requests are implemented simultaneously.

Current Status:

webcomponents-lite.js has been updated as a minified version
polymer.html is yet to be optimized (gulp build fails)
- Root Causes:
- Dependent ShadyCSS is out of the root folder
- polymer-analyzer used by polymer-build cannot analyze polymer 2 itself
  - Due to the invalid expectation of Array in the argument of return statement for static observers() { return ...; }.

Note:

hydrolysis used by vulcanize has a similar issue in parsing the polymer 2 classes.
