[PoC Demo][IE11/Edge] Incorrect assetpath for elements #9

In vulcanized PoC Demo, assetpath for the custom elements are not correctly configured.

Perhaps the path configuration in the PoC demo vulcanize task is incorrect. Still the root cause may be in the i18n-element library itself.

Reproducible only on IE11 and Edge

This workaround fix is to move elements to another directory. The root cause should be in vulcanize, which cannot properly handle imports in the same directory.
