Import maps feature

Steps for experimental use

Obtain a dedicated "Origin Trial" token for the feature "Trial for KV storage built-in module + import maps", or set up a proxy server "https://www.local162.org" to "http://localhost:8080"
npm run demoServer to launch a demo server at http://localhost:8080
Configure the origin server for the token as a proxy to http://localhost:8080 if required
Access the origin server with the URL path /components/i18n-element/demo/clock/ by Chrome 74-76

Notes

The feature is experimental and subject to changes
