Enable use of a framework owner's logo #18

During the prototype partners meeting on 2020-11-23, Marc Leuba suggested (without objection) that the key logo to display on the RNA's framework display is the logo of the owner/publisher of the framework instead of, or in addition to, the registry logo. The issue was not explicitly present with the search result page. The registry logo currently displayed is supplied in the registry's entry in the RegistriesDirectory. The issue for us is: where do we get (or a registry get) the logo of the owner/publisher of the frameworks that registry holds?

The logical place would be for the NodeDirectoryEntry for a framework to provide a link to the logo; however, none of the current metamodels (CASE, ASN, CTDL-ASN) include a property for a owner/publisher logo in either their competency framework or competency descriptions. Credential Engine can derive the logo from associated organization descriptions that contain a ceterms:image property; but, other (most) registries don't or won't have separate agent descriptions with a link to the agent's logo.

Is there no short-term solutions or are we faced with suggesting that the SDOs for the competency framework metamodels include a new property for logo to their schemas to support downstream applications like OCFC?
