Concept Scheme mapping needs review and polishing

• [x] 1. When uploading a new schema file, import all concept schemes contained in the file, save each one separately with the name of the concept scheme.
• [x] 2. When uploading a new concept scheme (using the 'Add Vocabulary' button), ensure no duplicates are created.
• [x] 3. On the "Match Controlled Vocabulary" screen, add an "Add Synthetic" button like on the regular mapping screen.
• [x] 4. On the "Match Controlled Vocabulary" screen, remove the "auto" feature that automatically has a blank line for a new synthetic element.
• [x] 5. On the "Match Controlled Vocabulary" screen, default newly added elements to the "closest match" predicate (normally "Identical").
• [x] 6. When creating a new spine, map all controlled vocabularies using the "closest match" predicate.
• [ ] 7. Ensure that mappings get exported in the file export.

@excelsior - Looks like we still have an issue when mapping vocabularies. I'm getting a blank screen:

To reproduce the issue:

1. Log in as cedsdemo@learningtapestry.com
2. Select "Vocab Mapping Demo" as the configuration profile.
3. Click the "View Mappings" link at the top
4. Select the Edit button for the "Joe CEDS Demo - CEDS - Organization (Test)" mapping.
5. Drag "Competency Framework Publication Status" to the "Publication Status Type" spine term.
6. Click on the "Competency Framework Publication Status Option Set" link that appears.
7. When the "Match Controlled Vocabulary" screen opens, drag "Deprecated" to the "Deprecated" spine term.
8. Screen goes blank.

Thanks for the details steps @joe. There was a bug with how concept definitions were displayed. I deployed the fix.
