We should create a boilerplate which builds upon the logic of OOCSS as well as Atomic Design to suit the needs of bigger pages/projects.
Atomic Design has the benefit of scaling up to a larger projects with multiple page layouts, as most of the rules are packaged into 'Atoms', 'Molecules', 'Organisms', 'Templates' and up to whole 'Pages'.
