Promiscious mode with no ip #2

If multiple nics are present put the monitoring (suricata) nic into promiscious mode without ip address:

auto ethXY iface ethXY inet manual up ifconfig $IFACE 0.0.0.0 up up ifconfig $IFACE promisc down ifconfig down
