Use async assigns and function components

Uses assign_async/3. Even though mount/3 is called twice, the anonymous function in assign_assync/3 is only executed once.
Makes use of function components.
Passes just the IDs into the Task, so the whole socket is not copied every time you vote.
Changes the update query to use an increment update.
Minimizes the work in a Repo transaction so the DB connection is checked out from the connection pool for the least amount of time possible.
Transactions roll back automatically if they fail, so forcing the match on {1, _} will rollback if there is not 1 effected record for each query.

It killed me to not change firstEntry and secondEntry to first_entry and second_entry, but it just added more noise to the diff.
