Add Better Documentation #21

Hi Jan, thanks for sharing this great project. This is by far the best Docker implementation for TYPO3 I have seen so far. It would be really cool if there would be a better documentation regarding structure and setup.

I'll check what to add to documentation. If you have some specific questions, you can contact me in TYPO3 Slack. Maybe we can use that conversation as base for some additions to the documentation.
