Use the proper project name everywhere : Maxmix

Describe the bug For uniformity's sake we need to check every instances of the project name and change it to "Maxmix" we still have a lot of " MaxMix" and "Max Mix"

To Reproduce Check the Desktop App Name, the solution name, etc...

Expected behavior Have a unique name used everywhere.
