All the apps and the firmware are built on push for every branch/pull request.
This pipeline execute the same step as in the current pipeline, but in parallel. This reduce the runtime to ~2min instead of ~5min. It also indicate more clearly which step failed.
It fixes the current problem with the NuGet/setup-nuget action.
