Stopped working for InDesign 18.1? #2

This script quietly stopped doing its thing (no lock file created, no messages/errors) for multiple machines in our organization in the last week or two. I believe we're all running v18.1 / InDesign 2023. So far I haven't figured out how to troubleshoot.

Anyone else?

One fix at least on macOS seems to be moving the script from Startup Scripts to Scripts Panel and then restarting. Before this change, the script was no longer showing up in the Scripts window under "User" but after the change it does, and it starts working again.
