Stuck on "Downloading Bungie Manifest..." #24

image The website doesn't want to load anything for me, regardless of what browser I use, what device I'm on, or what network I'm connected to. A friend of mine told me they were able to load player stats, but not the armoury, however, once they connected their account, everything stopped working entirely, like I'm experiencing.
