Keymap fine tuning #13

Add escape to the to right on the nav layer
Add tilde to the number layer. I have to contort a lot in order to press the layer tap, shift, and grave with the same hand.
Remove dot from the function layer
Think about turning off the encoder in certain layers (e.g. Adjust layer).
Rename aliases 0-4 to align with their numbering standards
Maybe the peripheral side needs OutTog
Remove unnecessary layer taps on the adjust layer
Nav layer encoder maybe backspace and delete

ideas for encoder uses

Maybe setup a macro to press down x number of times to simulate a mouse scroll instead of page up/down

Zooming in and out but word requires the mouse wheel for this.

Encoders only support basic &kp keypresses. Found this on discord https://github.com/zmkfirmware/zmk/pull/1275

I think i'm done here and will open a new issue
