PhishTank scraping and proxy use #29

When scraping PhishTank if you use Tor network Cloudflare will stop the crawler and you will not be able to retrieve informations.

The cfscraper for PhishTank don't use proxies anymore (https://github.com/t4d/StalkPhish/commit/bac4f1120e711e0c0323b909e3f77c8281ea01d7)
