New sms gateway schoolnet #19

Domi has requested us to add a new SMS gateway: schoolnet.

For the moment (12.3.2010) we will not add this gateway because schoolnet has 
only 1'100 
members and offers a limited amount of free SMS.

I am adding this feature request, since maybe in the feature we could 
reconsider to support schoolnet.
