Add semicolon to list of generated symbols #52

This request is pretty self-explanatory. I was in it unable to use the ';' key in dragonfly before this. I would receive an invalid key error. Sequences like "c-semicolon" can now be written.

The documentation/_build_typeables.py script was superseded by the actions/_generate_typeables.py script. I removed the deprecated script in commit t4ngo/dragonfly@787c320b5ea109b1eb0d41008405bd5e5d168011 to avoid future confusion.
