hiding command feat was once implemented in https://github.com/t9md/atom-vim-mode-plus/pull/943.
but I reverted after noticing result was not as good as I expected(my interest at that time was palette's perf).
Now come back this feature based on request(#1033).
And this PR make this hiding behavior configurable.
