Fix behavior dissatisfaction: want `w` key jump to full width charatcer #784

Atom : 1.14.4 Electron: 1.3.13 Chrome : 52.0.2743.82 Node : 6.5.0

vim-mode-plus version. Latest one tested and confirmed.

When I use vim in terminal, w key could jump to full width character in vim, but it just jump to half character in atom-vim-mode-plus. I use Chinese usually, so it make I feel trouble. Not only w key, and other the related keys like b. I want it behaves as the same as the vim in terminal. Thanks.

What OS are you using btw?

For the multi-byte-char, currently priority is very low. I'm Japanese and I know how it like to write non-english character.
