Same issue described in https://github.com/t9md/atom-vim-mode-plus/pull/596 But I haven't this coverage in mind.
When 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 d d, MoveToRelativeLine is target motion used for delete operator. This motion is also used in y y, c c, g U g U like same-operator-twice case.
