firefox support #5

you may be surprised by how easy this is. but that's the truth, see: https://www.extensiontest.com/test/d6c48fc0-3e2c-11e9-86f4-d9ee3e8c1728 and yes, firefox does not require that permission for a background script

But in chrome, tomato-pie need this permission. Can it be installed into firefox with this permission turned on?

@timqian I mean after this changes, it can run on Firefox without any problem. I understand chrome needs this. This is just supposed to be demonstrating.

Firefox for sure doesn't recognize this key at all.
