New DB-Driven Slideshow Page

I would like a new page to be created that runs a slideshow based on the database instead of the file system. To begin with:

• No slides until a tag is chosen
• Use same security to enforce private slideshows
• Display available tags in a dropdown similar to current slideshows dropdown
• Show all tags associated to each image in the slide

slideshow should now work as it used to, but based on tags and db entries instead of physical folders.
