Rating Feature for Slides

Description:

• I'd like to be able to rate slides.
• Scale is up for debate - maybe 1-3, or 1-5.
• Should be a Javascript implementation which is seamless and doesn't interfere with the slideshow.
• Perhaps later the rating can influence the randomize feature somehow, or a 'favourites' slideshow can take this into consideration.
• Includes UI element to apply and update a slide's rating.
• This could be done using tags initially, but it really should be it's own feature
