Add a Tagging mode #50

I would like to have an option to go into "tagging mode" where the slideshow will only show slides that are not 'fully tagged'. It would be nice if the slideshow options were automatically collapsed and the slide info pane was not collapsed (and perhaps even enlarged) to speed up tagging of untagged slides.
