Readme Improvements

Description:

Overhaul the README documentation to allow the DB Slideshow to be a first-class citizen

Requirements / Design:

• Update the summary to describe the two separate products: File-based and DB-Based Slideshow
  • Image Scanner should be a sub-section of the DB-Based Slideshow Product
• Replace the Features section with separate sections in each of the two products
• Within each Product section, include the following sub-sections:
  • Features
  • Configuration
  • Technical Details
  • Include some technical notes on where dependencies lie within the code (key example is the javascript 'library'.
  • Known Issues and Limitations
• Highlight which features are common between the two Products
• Remove the "Features Under Development " section completely and integrate those items into the new Features sub-sections
• Integrate the "Currently Known Bugs and Limitations" into the new sections for each product
• Create a new section for "Installation and Configuration" from existing documentation
