Build environment details? #9

I really hate asking like this but I don't know where else to go.

I'm attempting to write a similar plugin, but my compiled dll seems to imply a dependency to lidarr-core 10.0.0 no matter what I do.

 System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Lidarr.Core, Version=10.0.0.29357, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified.

Would someone be willing to help me out with setting up a build environment?
