Map provider setting during installation getting lost #10

One thing I discovered while looking at #5: when I setup my Taarifa instance, I selected OSM, yet in the map settings Google Maps satellite was selected and I had to change it. Did I do something wrong or is this a bug?

Have just added this to the first milestone
