Submit Button UX #30

Currently when a user submits a report the submit button can be pressed again. In testing it is clear that some users will continue to press submit until the page changes, even though they have submitted. The form state is saved if the user presses submit again, however the photo is lost. The solution to this is to blank the submit button once it is pressed, this would stop the user from loosing the photo once it is pressed.

Fixing this 'feature' could be done using JQuery.

This is fixed. For some reason the github commit didn't update the issues :/

It may be that github is picky and requires the issue to close within the first 72 characters.
