Licence Information #32

Create a taarifa.org/licence information page that explains the different licences and links to the relative sources.

Have we already settled on a specific licence? I've been involved in the @mollyproject and this was a total pain as we used WURFL, a device detection library that had a dodgy (and changing) licence. So the question is: what are the inherited licence issue we get from Ushahidi?

I've changed this ticket from @puntofisso to @nicowe due to discussions that we've been having recently, with regard to different licences and their merits. @kynan would probably have a a lot to offer in the implementation of this.
